# **Digital Consent Agreement**

### **Service Overview:**
ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED will manage the application process for merchant accounts on your behalf, from completion to submission and follow-up until approval is secured.

### **Terms and Conditions:**

1. **Approval Services:**
ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED agrees to use its best efforts to secure your approval as a payment merchant on the specified platforms (PayPal, Stripe, Capital One, etc.).

2. **No Warranty of Merchant Suspension:**
ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED does not offer any warranty regarding the suspension or termination of your merchant account post-approval. Compliance with each platform's terms and conditions remains the client’s responsibility.

3. **Client Responsibilities:**
3.1 You must provide accurate and truthful information during the approval process. Once account login credentials or approval notices are provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3.2 **Understanding of Service**: The service I am ordering is fully understood by me. I confirm that I have complete knowledge about the service and will follow the respective platform's user agreement.
3.3 **Pre-Service Communication**: I confirm that I have received all the necessary information regarding this service via WhatsApp from GONOMAD HUB support. I have no further questions, and all my concerns are clarified.
3.4 **Suspension Policy**: I confirm that no accounts under my name have been suspended from the platform for which I am ordering the service. If I have previously created an account and it was suspended, I understand that the platform may not allow me to open a new account, and I will not hold ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED responsible for this.
3.5 **Post-Approval Responsibility**: Once my account is approved, I accept full responsibility for all activities on that platform. I am solely responsible for keeping my account secure and complying with platform rules.
3.6 **Account Security**: After approval, I agree to change all platform passwords immediately and take full responsibility for securing my account.

4. **Refund Policy:**
4.1 **Full Refund**: If ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED is unable to secure your approval for the requested platforms, a full refund will be issued.
4.2 **No Refund**: Once approval has been obtained and login credentials or approval notices are provided, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you choose to use the approved accounts.
4.3 **Multiple Services Package Refund Policy**: If your package includes multiple services (e.g., company formation, bank account approval, and merchant approval), and if one of the services is not approved, ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED will either offer an alternative service or refund the addon price of that specific service. The cost of the full package will not be refunded.

5. **Service Limitations:**
While ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED will make its best effort to secure your approval, we cannot guarantee that every application will be approved. Final approval decisions are made by the respective platforms, and ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED is not liable for any actions taken by these platforms after approval, such as additional verification requests, restrictions, or account closures.

6. **Amendments:**
ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.

7. **Governing Law:**
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED operates.

8. **Non-Defamation Clause:**
The client agrees not to make any public statements, whether oral or written, that defame, disparage, or otherwise harm the reputation of ZOEDEB SERVICES LIMITED, its services, or its employees. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to claims for defamation and breach of contract.
